The building is situated at the crossroads of Volokolamsky "side street” and Borovaya Street, and has two sides with several different entrances. The entrance door to the hotel is on Volokolamsky side street and is the nearest door to Borovaya Street.

There are 6 rooms in the hotel comprising of two Budget Twin Rooms with bunk beds, Two Standard Twin Rooms with 2 single beds and Two Standard Triple Rooms with 3 single beds. Depending on the type of room, there are wardrobes or lockers and an appropriate number of tables and chairs. Bed linen and a set of towels are also included.
